ReadingLasses is a charming bookshop and cafe with a lovely self-catering apartment located just above an organic garden providing produce for the kitchen. Situated in Wigtown, Scotland’s national Booktown, ReadingLasses is surrounded by some of the most peaceful and beautiful countryside in South West Scotland.
The dramatic hills, the darkest skies in Europe, the rolling waves and sandy beaches of the Solway Firth and the wildlife walks and bike trails of the Galloway Forest are all within easy reach. Or just stroll out the door to spend a day buried among the bookshelves in Wigtown's many famous bookshops!
